  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 12 oz pappardelle
  • Parmesan, to serve

    Season ribs generously; sear hard in olive oil until deeply browned on all sides. Remove.

    Soften onion and garlic in the same pot; stir in tomato paste and cook 2 minutes.
